Breast Milk or Formula: Breast Milk: Your baby will still rely on breast milk for nutrition, and it should remain a primary source of food. At 11 months, babies typically consume about 3-4 feedings of breast milk per day. The total amount may vary, but it’s generally around 600-800 ml of breast milk daily. Formula: If you’re using formula, your baby should be drinking about 500-600 ml of formula per day (about 3-4 feedings). 2. Solid Foods: At 11 months, your baby is ready for more variety in their solid food intake. Here’s a breakdown of the recommended food portions: Meals Per Day: 3 meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner (with snacks in between). Amount per Meal: Cereals or Grains: About 2-4 tablespoons of cereal or grains (e.g., oatmeal, porridge, or soft cooked rice). Vegetables and Fruits: Offer about 2-3 tablespoons of mashed or finely chopped vegetables (e.g., carrots, sweet potatoes, peas) and 2-3 tablespoons of fruits (e.g., mashed bananas, applesauce, or soft diced fruits).
