#asktheexperts Hello, I would like to know the maximum and minimum age a baby can be breastfed. Pros and cons of both cases.

A. hi mom. you can breastfeed your child at least till the age of 1 year and maximum till the age of 4 to 5 years. it completely depends on your physical condition and the requirement of the child. if you breastfeeding till 2 years your child is going to get all kind of nutrition and also the immunity should try at least for 2 years but after 2 years it can be little difficult job to stop the breast feeding as the child will be habituated. there are chances that you might develop little calcium deficiency because of the continuous breastfeeding so you have to take the calcium tablets along with the breastfeeding.
