Mam you’re only taken a home pregnancy test kit then you should either go for an ultrasound or beta HCG to confirm pregnancy because Home pregnancy test kits are not hundred percent and if you do not want to go for a blood test then go for an ultrasound consult gynaecologist it could be due to other issues also and after an ultrasound you can get more certain about the reason and according to the doctor advise you
