#asktheexperts hello i have done 19th week anamoly scan yesterday all reports are normal only hypoplastic nasal bone is seen .. at 13th week scan also it was short i did dual marker for that it was negative .. now doctor have suggested NIPT scan how much is it concerning depending only upon nasal bone finding

Ma’am it is of course concerning that is why your doctor must have advised you to go for NIPT because every time the doctors do not recommend for the scan after double marker only are going to suggest you when they want to make certain things clear
