#asktheexperts Hello, I am not happy when i breast feed my baby because of the pain. I cant sit comfortably and feeding in every 2 hours is also painful. I am planning of buying a breast milk manual pump, so that i can feed my baby only during times of need . How good is breast milk pump? Can it be used in my situation

A. check for any inveryted nipple use nipple shield instead To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
