RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Enne Lord of cases we have seen that the things can happen due to deficiency of iron in the body so I would definitely advise you to go ahead with giving proper iron supplement to the child that is certainly going to be very very helpful for you
