#AskTheExperts Hello dr plz help on Sunday my child vomits whole day and at night I gave him ondansetron syrup 2.5ml as my dr suggest then he eat and sleep well...on Monday( yesterday) he drink little milk and then eat little Dal rice..then sleep at afternoon ...when he wake up he vomits then I gave him ondansetron and he does not eat anything..and little breastmilk and sleeps...Today I gave him ondansetron 2.5 ml as my dr suggest but after drinking milk he vomits...and he poop like this smelly gas...and after vomit he is playing and sleeping well

A. kindly give ors(oral rehydration solution) for every episode of loose motion and give simple diet made from rice dal and khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana and the natural probiotics from the curd will help in decreasing the loose motion and if it is not improving in one or two days then kindly meet your doctor. also you cannot give outside milk and cerelac also but you can continue to give breastfeeding if going on for next few days.z avoid giving sweet sugary food as well as maida and biscuits, chocolate, icecream, packet foods cerelac. other food which can be given are poha dzaliya upma mamra idli. give sachet econorm twice daily for 3days
