#asktheexperts hello Dr my baby was 1 and half month when his 1st Penta vaccine was given, the vaccine got reaction, it got reddish swelling and injected place became hard. Dr told us to operate it and remove so we did it. my worry is do I need to repeat that dose of vaccine? does it got wasted or baby got its benefits and no need to giv it again? we have completed another 2 dose of vaccine EASY 6 till 4th month. plz guide

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. yes it will be absorbed no problem It is always advisable to take the vaccines to the baby according to schedule to have proper immunity now you can take the vaccine which are already missed
