#asktheexperts Hello Dr.. my baby is 7 months old.. I have introduced solids...he refuses to drink water... he gets constipated often and cries while passing stool...what can be done?

A. hi offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child which help to keep your child hydrated . give liquid diet like soup , juice, coconut water, etc you can prepare palak puree , tomato soup which will help in curing constipation. give Massage to your child everyday
