#asktheexperts Hello Dr. mera beta 20 month is ho chuka hai..but uske only 4 teeth hi aaye hai...upper side ke 2 teeth bhut dino se ubhare hue dikhai de rahe hai but nikl nhi rahe...iski umr k bacho ke mostly teeth nikl chuke hai
