#asktheexperts Hello Dr. I am a mother of 14 months old boy. From some days am noticing that my baby is try to lick wall or chalk. kindly suggest what should I do?

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. dear mother licking of chalk and wall is most likely related to iron deficiency the general medical term for craving certain item is the beaker with iron deficiency you can have cravings other than Chowk including ise paper coffee grains and the seeds this however should be consulted with the doctor and the supplements and multivitamins should be added in babies routine to avoid this deficiency
