#asktheexperts Hello Dr. Good evening. My baby is 7 months old. When should I start salt, sugar and cow's milk in his meal?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Cow milk can be started once baby is one year and till then give formula milk or your feed abd salt and sugar can be added in very small quantity in Jesus
