#asktheexperts Hello Dr. Can we give dates to 6 months old baby in puree form ? . I am making a puree of apple + 2 almonds and one date is it good ? Can i give date in apple ?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Yes absolutely dates Sarpe suggested by doctors also to add sweetness into the food and general also you can go ahead with giving all kind of dry fruits to the child which ever you are interested in giving to the child it is completely healthy to be given
