#asktheexperts Hello doctor, Now baby is 7 months m breastfeeding my baby I m having lower back pain I'm taking calcium supplements if I stop taking pain will be more. and one more thing, i m having thighs legs knee joints spasms pain . is this for because of feeding or how it is? and I gained weight also during feeding . please help me

Eat a well balanced diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
