#asktheexperts Hello Doctor,My daughter is 5.8 years now, and now she has started complaining about leg pain very frequently,even she walks little, she plays little and then she will say that mummy my leg is paining she has class on first floor and they have to climb stairs to second floor and she complains of leg pain while doing climbing stairs what should I do, what dietary changes I should be doing?

A. Actually what happens is when the kids body starts to grow the bones are becoming big the bodies taking its shape so from the age of 3 1/2 years to 13 years of age you can often see this kind of a situation happening in which this is called growth pain so start with calcium and vitamin D supplement and massage the legs regularly before sleeping
