#asktheexperts hello doctor, my daughter is 4 year 10 months old. her weight is 17.5 kg. we are slickly vegetarian. what can I offer her to increase her weight. thank you

Yo chalice having proper weight as per the age very age of five years it should be 18 KG Su strictly vegetarian being a strictly vegetarian family I believe your child is gaining properly so you do not have to walk upon giving anything extra still if you want I would advise you to go ahead with giving more of proteins to the child regularly
