#asktheexpert my daughter 6 years 5 months old is very fussy eater her weight is 18 kg . We are vegetarian . Please suggest diet so that she can gain some weight

A. Include more of vegetarian protein into your child’s diet you can go for cottage cheese tofu you can give all other healthy proteins you can also take a protein powder from the doctor if the weight gain is not proper and try to include more of healthy foods avoid giving any kind of fried and junk food food that’s going to be helpful and start with iron and multivitamin supplement
