#asktheexperts hello doctor my daughter is 4+2 years old she is not drinking plane milk if I mix boost she will drink. is that boost good for babies or can I use pediasure for the replacement of boost. please suggest any drink mix . thankyou

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 months agoA. hello dear mum , such powders are v high in sugar , contain additives flavour these are unhealty instead u can flavour milk with saffron cardmom , dates or figs curd paneer can also give milk not more than 300-400 ml
