Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. may be some wax Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear dfrops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help but use it under medical supervision .

Add this it sometimes kids can actually go get any air infection which is why kids mostly rub their ears like this how you are so it’s important for you to watch get it checked with an ENT doctor to understand what could possibly be the reason and then help me with a proper treatment for that
