#asktheexperts hello doctor, my baby is 3 months old and he have red hemangioma under his nose till his upper lip..how will it go away..sometimes it gets too dark when my bby stretches himself and at night it become too light.plz tell me which treatment to be used to get rid of that red birth mark?

A. most of the hemangioma resolve on their own within one year and maximum within five years of age. let's wait for some time and then if it is still not reducing then you can consult a doctor

Hi mommy Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily Wash area often with lukewarm water Wash hands often Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Maintain hygiene It will correct soon No need to worry
