Hello Doctor.
My baby is 2 years old. he jumped from sofa on pillow and fell down. that time he didn't cried.but now he is having pain in leg and not walking properly. and crying while walking. can you please suggest me any remedies or spray ? Thanks

Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness  reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs  immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. 
Rfgecurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally .
Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such caser which is commonly associated  and can be easily missed out most of the time .
