#asktheexperts hello doctor my baby have 10 months old and I am giving daily idly with ghee.... some other says ghee gives the humidity... I am worried about that... please give me answer sir please

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. don't worry dear, can give few drops of ghee daily. Better to use home made ghee if possible.
Ghee’ is a healthy source of fat and contains the all DHA..DHA has been deemed as necessary for brain development and growth.
