#asktheexperts/ hello doctor..my 8yrs old girl is very thin (weight 20 kg)what type of food give her to improve her weight..she dont like vegetables

A. weight is ok. but of she is active than no worries. Give her ghee, yoghurt, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts, fruit like banana, chikoo, grapes, mango.
