#AsktheExperts hello doctor mere bete ko bukhar tha 4 din tak abhi 2 din ho gaye bukhar nhi hai par uske haat pair bahot cold hai or poora din sota hai khata bhi nhi sidhe se plz batao kuch serious hai kya

A. but he doesn't have fever and jst hand and feets are vry cold and his sleeping all day

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give the paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
