#asktheexperts Hello doctor , I want to control my hair fall after delivery ,and also I want to my hair growth in a proper way.

if you are losing hair since giving birth , there are some things you can do about it :
1.keep your hair healthy by eating well and continuing to take your prenatal vitamins supplements.
2.be gentle with your hair,I mean , use good mild shampoo for washing your hair and wide toothed comb to minimize tangling.
3.massage your scalps with pure coconut oil.
