#asktheexperts Hello Doctor, I have undergone c section it's been 14 months I still have mummy tummy. Could you please suggest some minimal exercises for tummy reduction. Also, I'm facing lot of hairfall after my delivery. Please advise.

A. Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
