#asktheexperts Hello doctor, I breastfeed my baby I haven't had my periods since delivery ie 27 oct 2021. it's about to 4 months.

A. hi mom if u r doing exclusive breast feeding till now then it is ok to nit have periods due to lactational amenorrhea but u should use contraception even if you are not having periods to avoid unwanted pregnancy
