Q.
My delivery was on sept 2021 (csec). oct 2021 i got my periods . after that for the past 5 months i didn't get periods. Today morning i got 3 to 4 droplets of blood clot.. thn before afternoon again i got the same. what does it means..?? is that periods..?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. see first you do a upt ok. if its negative then wait. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
