#asktheexperts hello doctor.. I am a new mother, and my baby's age 2 months. I have breast feeding problem. please suggest me for incresing milk supply

A. latch ur 2 month old baby more often, Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day. Also, avoid taking stress as it reduced milk production. Take 1 tsp methi seed with warm water will help to increase bm.

A. U Should I really good amount of water about 4 to 5 L per day along with that also I’m going to advise you as of now that you can you can have good amount of proteins and fibre into your daily diet and lactation supplement is also going to be good enough to provide you further help
