#asktheexperts Hello doctor I am 7 weeks in and have upper back pain can I use any gels or sprays or creams for the same rather than having any medicine?

Author of questionGuardian of 0 children6 months agoA. Actually I had a jerk while getting up from bed and because of that I have the pain so asked if it is okay to use any creams or sprays

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. Yeah but you can massage or you can use a spray then you can do hot compress that’s going to be good but in such a early pregnancy the pain should not be like this so I think it would be good also to consult your gynaecologist once
