#asktheexperts hello doctor "3 year 2 month old child is still 12 kg since last 1 year was on formula milk since birth . I still give formula milk to him at night when sleep which milk to give him to increase weight cow or baffalo also what can I do to make his immunity strong as he frequently falls ill

A. Hello mom from the age of 1 year onwards kids can be given animal milk such as cows milk , which is quite similar to mothers milk, also for immunity , prefer giving more of home made fresh foods, and also natural foods such as seasonal fruits & vegetables as well and dry fruits and nuts too.
