#asktheexperts Hello doc, my son is 14 months old. i see his hair falling out now and then. we live in a society that has tanker water supply. should I be concerned with this. does this indicate nutritional deficiencies?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. You can apply and do gentally massage the scalp with coconut oil, Castor oil , mustard oil.
Change the Shampoo which you. are using. give protein rich food.

It could be because of the water also but you are sometimes it could be due to deficiency of iron as well in the body so just to be on the safer side you can go ahead with consultation with your doctor to start with Iron and multivitamin supplement and also use proper of products for the head of your child
