#asktheexperts hello doc, my baby is 17 months old and suffering from cold cough and fever. doctor had prescribe Ascoril -LS and asked to provide a quantity of 1ml...and mistakenly give 4ml...so please share if there are any side effects.... or what should the next step we take

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptomatic treajitment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allerggic medications

Mam the medicine is not going to have any such side-effect mostly your child is going to sleep for a longer duration because these medicines have decent amount of paracetamol into it so that’s what is going to happen and please do not repeat the dosage of the medicine for at least another 12 hoursWrite Your Answer Here
