RashmiMom of a 10 yr 11 m old girl2 years agoA. A lot of time Irundhu deficiencies in the body also kids do not like to eat whatever you are offering I would suggest you to go ahead with giving an iron and multivitamin supplement to the child which is what is going to be very helpful for the baby
