#asktheexperts hello doc I am a breastfeeding mother of 4m old baby and having alot of hair loss more than expected...can you suggest what can be done in order to control my hair loss at least to some extent

A. eat biotin foods.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.See for any type of skin lesions do not assume to be anything .its always better to show to a specialist online or offline and get the right treatment started in time .ok

A. U Can big ginger and Onion juice in equal quantity And this apply it into your scalp keep it for 10 minutes and then just wash your head I did with water or shampoo and also try to do it two times in a week for better results and switch to chemical free products
