I understand your concern so please keep the temperature around 24 to 25° don’t use fan and prefer Babyhug pillow or hollow pillow with which the head will be in the elevated position it will be easier for the child to breathe you can use nasal drops and can also also give steam indirectly

Ensure that the AC vents are not pointing directly at your son. Use a humidifier in the room or place a bowl of water near the AC to maintain humidity levels. Consult your doctor for guidance.
