#asktheexperts Having panic attacks specially during nights. also fear of sleeping bec most of the time panic situations happens when suddenly sleep breaks and it always breaks after 10 minutes. anxiety is hitting very hard .. tried alot of breathing exercises walking but my mind keeps on thinking alot unnecessary things, and mostly almost all the time whenever i lie down my anxiety begans

A. Since you’re thinking all of the things which are unnecessary for you that is why it is creating panic anxiety to you so you have to do positive things for yourself think positive be positive do some positivity related course listen to positive and good music which will calm your nerves and talk to your doctor once
