#asktheexperts having constipation problems of my 1 yr 2 me nth baby, what to do? sometimes he cried to release stool

A. hi please give few sips of water at regular intervals of 2 or 3 hours give food items like tomato soup, spinach soup, fruits like pear papaya plum banana etc more encourage your child to do more physical activities give warm milk with one tsp of ghee before sleep time
