A. well if yu are getting this kind of pain then better yo show to an orthopedist as he dil know tge cause and treat yiy as well in the tight way

A. Hello dear parent! Keep your sitting posture straight and comfortable while breastfeeding your baby. Try applying warm compress on the paining area. Take your post natal supplements on time as prescribed by your doctor. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Consult your doctor for further advice.
