#asktheexperts Greetings! My lo is 16 months old and he pooped after every meal and most of time he get red outer area of anus and also the redness cover the front side near private part . I’m very worried. Stop giving him cow or any packet milk. But not find anything helpful

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 16 months old As long as the consistency of the stool is normal frequency of the stool doesn't matter maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output give natural probiotics like curd yogurt etc maintain hygeine

As this may lead to loose motions.also on the area you can apply warm coconut oil or Babyhug massaging rash cream on the affected areas . Good luck and take care
