Q.

#asktheexperts good morning My son is 22 months old and eats less.If I give him a chilla ,he will eat half of it or 1/4. What should I do to increase his appetite? He doesn't take cow milk and is only dependent on breastfeeding..He keeps on having breastfeeding at night and disturbs my sleep.I want him to eat food properly.How do I make him stop having my milk?

A. Namaste Mom You could make him sit along when you are eating and offer the same foods that are there from your plate as now all regular family foods can be given take him for activities outdoors helps to increase the appetite
