NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you should be doing walki g and excercise who h can help reduce your weight and also have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and also in regards to the periods if requires a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
