#asktheexperts Good morning madam actually my son is 1 yr 11 months old. he is not passing stool on a daily basis.. he has a constipation problem.. it's been 3 days he is not passing the stool. he is getting scared to do motion.. if stool comes he won't sit also ... I am worried about it.. please suggest

A. Hello good evening !! Due to constipation,hard stools baby feel discomfort to pass motion. Do tummy massage with warm coconut oil or caster oil using finger tips to increase bowel movements .. Include fibre rich food - Banana,apple,papaya pear,grapes ,carrot ,cucumber,bottle gourd , curd ,ragi,jowar in regular meals.
