#asktheexperts Good morning Doctor My baby is 43 days old. He has gas problem. Mostly at night, he is crying and nit sleeping properly. Am giving him colicaid. Each feeding i make him to burp also. He is not passing stools everyday. mostly after 2-3 days he is passing stools.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. - swaddling the baby, rocking, or trying white noise. - tummy massage or applying gentle pressure to the baby’s belly, massaging the baby’s belly in gentle circular motions to help work out gas - the mother may should alter her diet to remove foods that could causes gases or stomach distress to baby, such as spicy food, dairy, and certain vegetables. - in formula fed babies, consider switching to other brand of formula as directed by a pediatrician

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear At this age, your baby might have 3 daytime naps of up to 2 hours each. Most will sleep 14 to 15 hours of sleep in total a day, with some babies sleeping up to 8 hours at night.
