Bonnisan you can be five drops to the child one time and you can use it maximum four times in the day if needed the way you are mentioning it seems like a child could be crying due to severe stomach pain and this medicine is going to help and relaxing your child with which your child is going to calm down and can take all the feeding properly and can sleep better
