#asktheexperts Good morning Doctor, I fed my 11 month old baby dosa today for breakfast. she ate almost a quarter of dosa & later only I noticed that the dosa was too salty (even for adults) my mom added salt to the batter by mistake & forgot to mix it which made the dosa too salty. will there be any problem for my baby? how to know that? please help

A. no problem, as once on a while giving salty food will not harm. better to avoid adding salt and sugar till one year..as it will affect your baby's developing kidney.. You can give different spices
