A. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. properr burping after each feed is very important. Enfzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
