You have to just see the child should not be uncomfortable which may be because of factors like temperature of the room nasal blockage some discomfort like infantile colic or hunger.
In older children a proper discipline is required yso that the sleeping pattern can be scheduled according to a proper time try to avoid too much of screen time with sometimes can be the causative factor for disturbeyd sleep.

Give proper dinner to the child which is filling for the child and give milk half an hour before your child goes to sleep try to maintain a gap of milk and dinner say about 2-2 and a half hours after that you make your child sleep hopefully they should be helpful
