Q.

#asktheexperts my baby boy is 11 Months old. When I feed him in the night he falls asleep but wakes up in 2-3 hours and then wakes up every hour at night and after feeding he again sleep. I don't give him other milk, what should I do so that he can sleep full night?

A. Add one extra meal or milk (breast milk or formula) during the day so that the baby gets enough calories during the day and isn’t hungry during the night. In most cases babies wake up during nights when they do not receive the amount of calories they need during the day.

A. See maybe your breast feeding is not sufficient during the night time which is one time your child is full with what you give but then that keeps happening over and over that is why your child wakes up in a small duration of time to try giving any other milk to the child and see if that helps because sometimes with growth and appetite increment of the child cannot produce a fish and milk for the child
