Q.
my baby has completed 5 months recently. i still have engorged breasts at times... but my baby is not sleeping well these days .. he feeds n falls asleep but wakes up frequently at night also .. does it mean my supply has reduced ... ir is it just a normal phase?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 months agoA. mam if the baby is passing urine 5-6 times in a day then it means the baby is getting enough breast milk. you can take Shatavari powder with milk to increase breast milk supply. also massage your breasts properly before feeding the baby.
